Rates Effective 9/01/2008, subject to change without notice.
We regret to inform our customers of the recent rate increase, our previous rates had stayed in effect for almost three years. Our normal consulting rates are still 16% to 35% lower than our competitor's rates. I want to personally thank all of our customers for their continued patronage, and look forward to serving you in your future needs. All services are offered during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, after hours, emergency and weekend service subject to availability. On-site service is charged portal-to-portal, and rounded to the nearest 1/4 hour, with a minimum service charge of $50. Additional actual out of pocket expenses may also be charged. All invoices are Net-15 and are subject to late payment fees unless otherwise noted.
